| Tennis team wanted! Couple of vacancies available for our Spring League 2024 season If your club would like to enter a team for the 2024 season please get in touch. Matches are played Sunday mornings (10am), starting first Sunday of March Three Sundays off which includes Easter Sunday and Mothers Day. The team entering must be within a 10 mile radius of Birmingham City center, if your team is outside of this radius and you would still like to join, you must be prepared to play all your matches away. The format Two pairs per team Teams may be made up of all men, all ladies or a mixture of both, The Spring League has no gender barrier. Each pair plays two matches per fixture Each match consists of two sets (normal tie break @ 6-6) Points are won by total number of sets won by your team This is an ideal league to get your players ready for the summer season Usual league fee of £ 10 per team applies, which is to be paid prior to the setting up of the new season (early January).
